Service scope

This policy applies to paid digital consultation or custom content services offered by Vlozarinzlair.

This policy is provided in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Cancellation before delivery

Cancellation requests submitted before service delivery may qualify for a full refund, except transaction processing fees where applicable.

After delivery

After delivery, refund requests are assessed case by case within 14 days, based on whether the delivered scope materially differs from the agreed brief.

Consumer guarantees

Where required by ACL, consumers may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

Response window

We aim to respond within 7 business days and provide a documented outcome by email.
